Luciano Spalletti was appointed as Napoli manager in May 2021. He signed 3-year deal until 2024 with base salary of €3 million (net) plus bonuses of upto €1 million (net) per-year. He managed Napoli for 2-years and left the club after winning Napoli title in 2023.
Inter Milan
Spalletti was appointed as Inter Milan manager in June 2017 and signed two-year contract until 2019 with base salary of €4 million (net) / €7.3m (gross) per-year. It was later increased to €5 million (net) / €9.2m (gross) per-year with new 3-year deal signed in 2018. He was second highest paid manager in 2018 behind Juventus manager Massimiliano Allegri (€7 million/net).
