His initial salary at Fulham was less £1 million a-year but included clauses such as automatic increase in salary after promotion to Premier League. Marco Silva joined Everton as manager on 3-year (2018/21) contract with reported salary of £3 million a-year plus bonuses. However he was sacked by December 2019 after poor run of results.
