Marco Silva
Marco Silva joined Fulham as manager back in July 2021 signed 3-year contract until 2024. His initial salary at Fulham was less £1 million a-year but included clauses such as automatic increase in salary after promotion to Premier League. After Fulham's promotion back to Premier League his salary was increased to £2 million plus bonuses.
He signed financially improved 3-year contract back in October 2023 increasing his base salary to £4 million a-year plus another £500,000 in bonuses.
He has spent time at other Premier League clubs including Everton (May 2018 to December 2019) where his salary was £3 million a-year plus bonuses.
He also spent time at Watford where he signed 2-year deal back in May 2017 with salary of £1.3 million a-year. But he was sacked by January 2018 after controvertial approach by Everton. Who had to pay £4 million to Watford in compensation.
