United have been handing out contracts to players for the last 6-7 years where they are heavily geared towards bonuses. One of which is Champions League qualification. For example for 2024/25 season Casemiro is on £300,000 a week salary which include all bonuses but since United failed to qualify for Champions League 2024/25 season he will only be paid base salary of £225,000 a week.
