Daniel Podence joined Al-Shabab from Wolverhampton Wanderers for reported fee of €5 million back in August 2024. He signed 2-year deal (until 2026) with Saudi club which earns him salary of around €6.6 million a-year making him one of the top two highest paid players in Al-Shabab squad.
Podence spent four years at Wolves after his €19.6m move from Olympiakos back in 2020 but never really establish himeself in the team. His salary at Wolves was around £60,000 per week.
