National team coaches usually do not make as much money as their European club counterparts. Only handful of national team coaches are making over €3.5 million a-year in base salaries.

Carlo Ancelotti is the Highest Paid National Team Coach:
Carlo Ancelotti signed 3-year (2023/26) contract with Brazil FA with base salary of €9.5 million a-year. He can also earn bonus of €5 million if Brazil wins 2026 World Cup. His contract with Brazil makes him the highest paid national team coach in the world.
There are few other names like Mauricio Pochettino signing 2-year (2024/26) deal until World Cup with salary of $6 million (€5.2m) a-year. Only handful of managers are making more then €4 million a-year when it comes to national teams.
Lionel Scaloni who was only earning €2 million a-year with Argentina, was rewarded with financially improved deal after the Copa America win recently and his salary was improved to €3 million a-year.
