Jamie Vardy
Jamie Vardy has joined Cremonese on free transfer signing one-year (2025/26) contract with club option to extend until 2027. Vardy has accepted rather modest salary of €1 million (gross) per season plus bonuses depending on number of appearences he makes for the club.
Jamie Vardy became free agent at the end of 2024/25 saeson having spent 13 years at Leicester City. His last contract at Leicester was signed back in June 2024 which was a 1-year deal with option for another. However Leicester's relegation meant club did not renew Vardy's contract. He was on £80,000 per week salary with the last contract.
His career best salary came with financially improved contract signed back in August 2018 where his salary was bumped to £140,000 per week.
