Tottenham completed the signing of Kota Takai from Kawasaki Frontale (Japan) for £5 million in transfer. He signed 5-year (2025/30) contract and should be part of Spurs first-team squad starting from 2025/26 season. His contract is reportedly worth around £20,000 per week (£1.04 million a-year) gross which is in-line with Spurs wage structure.
