Luis Diaz signed 5-year contract (2022/27) when he joined the club back in January 2022. He is currently earning around £60,000 a-week (£3.12 million a-year) gross salary which is rather low compared to similar profile players both at the club in Premier League. Liverpool and Luis Diaz have been in negotiations for best part of last 12-months for new contract with better financial terms although there is another option of Diaz leaving the club if a good offer comes in for him in the summer of 2025.
