Riccardo Orsolini joined Bologna from Juventus for a transfer fee of around €15 million back in 2019. His initial contract with the club earned him base salary of €1 million (net) / €1.85 (gross).
However in August 2023, he signed financially improved 4-year (2023/27) contract which increased his base salary to €1.8 million (net) / €3.3 (gross) per season making him highest paid player in Bologna squad.
