History Of Arsenal Kit Contracts (From 1977 to 2030)

Arsenal and Adidas extended their kit deal contract for further 6 years taking the partnership to 2030. Arsenal and Adidas initialy signed the kit deal back in 2019 for 5-years until 2024 which was worth around £60 million a-year. However it was extended in 2024 for further 6-years with financially improved terms in Arsenal's favour. Now the deal is worth £75 million a-year which is second highest in premier league behind Manchester United's £90 million a-year contract with Adidas.

Financial Numbers Behind Arsenal-Adidas 2024/30 Kit Deal:

6-year contract will be worth atleast £75 million a-year plus there will be royalties of around 10% of total proceeds from Arsenal related sales going to London based club. It will easily take yearly total from this deal to around £100 million a-year. History of Arsenal Kit Suppliers Deals:

Arsenal have had long partnerships with different brands over the decades. From 1930s Arsenal have had on and off partnership with brand 'Bukta' which produced Arsenal shirts often until 1977. Umbro signed 1-year deal with Arsenal to produce their FA Cup kits in 1977 which was followed by Umbro producing Arsenal kits until 1986. Adidas took over as Arsenal kit suppliers in 1986 until 1994. Followed by 20 years with Nike until 2014 when Puma become Arsenal technichal partners until 2019. We breakdown some of those kit deals and how much money Arsenal were making from them.
