Every team has an salary cap which they have to obey while drafting in players. In 2025 PSL draft every team was allocated salary budget of maximum Rs.33.6 Crore PKR ($1.2 million). A total of 18 players are drafted in each squad.
Average Salary in PSL 2025: On average a player in PSL earns around 1.89 Crore PKR ($67,000) which is a lump sump payment made to player after the tournament by franchise.
