Pakistan Super League is the premier T20 domestic tournament in Pakistan which takes place every year. We breakdown each team's salary cap and how much every player in every PSL franchise earns.
PSL Player Salaries in Rupees & Dollars:
Every team has an salary cap which they have to obey while drafting in players. In 2025 PSL draft every team was allocated salary budget of maximum Rs.33.6 Crore PKR ($1.2 million). A total of 18 players are drafted in each squad.
Average Salary in PSL 2025: On average a player in PSL earns around 1.89 Crore PKR ($67,000) which is a lump sump payment made to player after the tournament by franchise. In 2025 edition, domestic player in PSL earned around Rs. 1.72 Crore PKR ($60,000) on average. An oversees player in PSL earned around Rs. 2.16 Crore PKR ($76,000).
