In PSL 2025, Lahore Qalandars had salary cap of Rs. 33.6 Crore PKR ($1.2 million) which was same for all other PSL teams. Lahore Qaladars drafted in 18 players divided into 6 different categories.

Platinum: Shaheen Shah Afridi, Fakhar Zaman and Rassie van der Dussen each earning Rs. 4.2 Crore PKR ($150,000)

Diamond: Harris Rauf, David Wiese and Sahibzada Farhan were in diamond category each earning Rs. 2.02 Crore ($72,500)

Gold: Sikandar Raza, Abdullah Shafique and Zaman Khan were placed in gold category which had salary of Rs. 1.25 Crore PKR ($45,000)

Silver: Mirza Tahir Baig, Rashid Khan, Mohammad Imran Jnr, Dan Lawrence, Ahsan Bhatti each earning Rs. 56 Lac PKR (US$20,000)

Emerging: Jahandad Khan and Syed Faridoun are in emerging category both earning Rs. 21 Lakh PKR ($7,500)
