Contract
Current Contract - Luca Marini joined Repsol Honda Team initially on 2-year contact for 2024 and 2025 seasons. In September 2025, it was confirmed he signed one-year extension until 2026 season. His current reported base salary is $465,000 per-year plus number of success related bonuses.
VR46 Racing Team (2021/23) - Marini made the jump to Premium class in 2021 with VR46 Avintia. His salary during the rookie season was around $250,000 per-year. He continued with VR46 team in 2022 and 2023 season. He signed extension for 2024 season as well but mutually terminated the contract to join Respol Honda.
