Marc Márquez is the most marketable motoGP rider on the grid right now but when it comes to base salary he is not the highest paid any more. Fabio Quartararo's new 2-year deal with Yamaha worth $13 million a-year is the highest salary in MotoGP in 2025.
Current Contract: While 6-time MotoGP champion Marc Marquez's current deal with Ducati factory team for 2025/26 season will earn him salary of €5 million per year ($5.4 million USD). But he is entitled to big performance related bonuses which include $220,000 per podium finish and $4 million for winning the MotoGP championship. Taking his potential earnings in 2025 to around $9.5 million.
Marc Marques turned down the biggest contract ever offered in MotoGP worth $100 million for 4-years by Honda and instead spent a season at Gresini Racing followed by 2-year deal at Ducati.
