Contract
Current Aprilia Contract: Jorge Martin signed 2-year (2025/26) contract with Aprilia back in June 2024. His salary was increased to $4.4 million (base) plus number of performance/success bonuses.
Pramac Racing: Jorge Martin made his MotoGP premier class debut back in 2021 with Pramac Racing. His initial contract was 4-year (2021/24) deal with yearly base salary of $750,000 per season.
In 2024 season finale he became first rider to win world championship with independent team in MotoGP era. Asprilia had already signed him up for 2025/26 seasons. However after difficult start in 2025 he wanted to be released from Asprilia contract by end of 2025 season but team was able to negotiated and have him honor the full contract until end of 2026 season.
