Ansu Fati has moved to AS Monaco on initial season-long loan deal from Barcelona. Monaco will have option to buy him on permanent transfer in 2026. Fati agreed to reduce his salary with Barcelona in order to seal a move away.
Ansu Fati signed new 3-year (2025/28) contract with Barcelona which reduced his salary from €12.5 million per season to €7.29 million. Barcelona will still be paying €4.69 million towards his salary during the loan spell. While AS Monaco will pay remaining €2.6 million (gross) during the same time.
