Andoni Iraola joined AFC Bournemouth as manager back in July 2023. He initially signed 2-year contract until 2025 with base salary of around £1.5 million plus bonues. However he signed financially improved 12-month extension taking his stay at-least until the end of 2025/26 season. His base salary remains the same however he can earn bonuses of upto £1.5 million per season for avoiding relegation and qualifying for European football.
