Galatasaray New Puma Kit Deal Value Breakdown

Galatasaray and Puma have agreed new 10-year (2025/35) contract worth €100 million in total fixed value. Puma will pay €10 million in fixed fee (double then their current €5 million/year agreement. Galatasaray also get very favorable merchandise royalties which means the club can generate much more then just the fixed 10 million per season. Infact in 2024, Galatasaray generated around €100 million from merchandising revenue alone.

Galatasaray and Puma had signed initial 5-year (2024/29) deal back in 2024 which guaranteed fixed €5 million/year to Galatasaray the biggest in clubs history. However after only 12 months Galatasaray demanded double the fix fee or they would terminate the contract early. Puma agreed and now we have the biggest kit deal ever signed in Turkish foootball history.

Galatasaray Kit Deal History:

Galatasaray previous kit manufacturers include the likes of Nike, Adidas, Umbro and Lotto. Nike remained clubs longest technichal partner in 21st century with their 13 year co-operating which ended in 2024. Nike were paying €7.5 per season which was 36% more then Galatasaray's new deal with Puma. However Puma gave more control on merchandising which resulted in more revenue overall.
