Traditional big clubs like Real Madrid, Barcelona, Manchester United, Bayern, Liverpool and Man City have signed record-breaking kit deals which bring them guaranteed yearly fixed revenue.

However they also get share of the proceeds from club related product sales (kits, scarves, training gear). From the official accounts of clubs and UEFA's yearly report we can find out how much each club made from merchandising revenue.

We took data from UEFA's 2025 report and created the table with official numbers of top 20 clubs with highest Kit merchandising revenue. Match that with kit suppliers deals of clubs and that pretty much give us the idea which club is selling the most number of replica kits via official channels.
